Dummy Circuit Breakers

This photo shows them painted ready for engraving, but they are normally supplied in their raw form of clear acrylic.

LED's can be easily fitted by drilling 5mm diameter holes in the rear.

These annunciators are 25.5mm long, 13.5mm wide and 8mm thick. They have a 1mm thick, 1mm wide lip at the bottom so that they can be fitted from the rear of the panel and glued into place.

Very few cockpit builders need circuit breakers to actually operate, so we manufacture these units that can be glued to a panel (or drilled and tapped from the rear) and can even be back-lit if desired because they are made from clear acrylic material.

We supply them in unpainted form with no label in the centre, because every cockpit builder has a different requirement.

We supply a 'pdf' file of an A4 sheet of printed labels for the user to print, cut out, and glue into the centre of the breaker. It is simple to make your own as well of course if our choices of current ratings don't cover all needs.

The dimensions are 10mm high, 10mm diameter, and the dummy nut at the bottom is 12mm across the flats and is 2mm thick.

The recess for the label in the head is about 0.3mm deep
