This panel is supplied as shown in the above photo. A USB connected controller board is also supplied, as well as the necessary ribbon cables.  The GCU710 Autopilot comes complete with software that will communicate with FSUIPC.  The software can be configured to use Offsets, Macros, event controls, LUA scripts, etc to account for aircraft specific operation.
